The Andaman Sea lies to the east and the Bay of Bengal to the west. The territory’s capital is the city of Port Blair. The total land area of the islands is approximately 8,249 km2 (3,185 sq mi). The islands host the Andaman and Nicobar Command, the only tri-service geographical command of the Indian Armed Forces.
Start Journey from Dhaka to Kolkata from Hazrat Shahjalal International airport. Arrive in Kolkata Netaji Subhash Chanda Bose International Airport welcome by our tour manager / transfer to Kolkata hotel / small briefing regarding Package and other necessary information about sightseeing point and timing/ free time and overnight stay at Kolkata.
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to hotel. After lunch visit for Corbyn’s Cove Beach which is 9 kms from Port Blair – It’s a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking & bathing. Then proceed to Cellular Jail Museum, and later attend the enthralling Sound and light show at Cellular Jail- where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay Port Blair.
Start after breakfast for a full-day excursion to North Bay (Coral Island) - to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and other marine life. The glass bottom boat ride helps one to take a closer look at the vast coral colonies. You can also enjoy Snorkeling and other water sports activities like Jet Ski Ride, Sea walk etc. Please carry your snacks / pack lunch, drinking water & changing dress. Then visit Ross Island - from where the British governed the entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands, prior to India’s Independence. One can see remnants of an opulent past in the ruins of the church, swimming pool and the chief commissioner's residence with its huge gardens and grand ballrooms. There is also a cemetery and a small museum managed by the Indian Navy. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer, peacocks, exotic birds, etc. Overnight stay Port Blair.
After breakfast, full-day "City Tour" of Port Blair - covering Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia- Now closed), Anthropological Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika), Andaman Water Sports Complex (for water & adventure sports like water-skiing, speed boats, water scooters, tube rides, etc.), Afternoon free for Shopping and other personal activities. Overnight stay at Port Blair.
After breakfast free for packing & personal activities. Transfer to airport. Arrive in Kolkata, Transfer to Hotel and free time for own activities, Shopping. Overnight stay at Kolkata.
After breakfast morning transfer to Kolkata Airport. Arrive Dhaka with good memories of India Experience with FNF Tourism Services for next destination. Tour complete and return to sweet home.
